Horsejackery & Brand Development
My work with Stovehouse took place at an exciting time in its development. In 2021, Stovehouse was ready to finish the primary construction work of the property with the opening of The Royal and The Belle event spaces and the re-launch of Gas Light Alley as a retail destination after a false start due to COVID-19.
I was tasked with the branding development of the two event spaces (The Royal and The Belle), the Stovehouse Event Center, The Electric Belle (the mid-week bar alter-ego of The Belle) and the continued development of the Stovehouse brand, the Oscar Moon's brand, and all the many special events at Stovehouse. All of these needed to be distinct but fit within a cohesive brand ecosystem.
It was exciting building and developing brands that went far beyond pixels on a screen or a single printed item—more than just logos and a brand guide, I got to develop signage, gobos, a photography style, and a cohesive brand voice that tied it all together.
To this day I love visiting Stovehouse and seeing all big and little things I was able to be part of bringing to life.
